NEADS Dogs Enjoy Collin Raye Concert at Indian Ranch

As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, NEADS has developed a wonderful new partnership with Indian Ranch, the most intimate live-concert venue in the area and the Country Music Capital of New England. This past weekend NEADS volunteers and assistance dogs in training enjoyed the music of Collin Raye while they shared the mission of NEADS with the crowd! We’ll be at Indian Ranch all summer long. Check our calendar to find out when we’ll be there.

A huge thank you to Weekend Puppy Raisers Michele Lapham and Lisa Sawyer, and volunteers Russ and Ann Marie Pratt, Dana Esposito and Brian MacDonald (alongside staff members John Moon and Christina Rossetti) for manning the booth and spreading the word about NEADS. And of course, a big thank you to Indian Ranch!

Check back next week for photos of Sunday’s Aaron Tippin concert!

  1. I work at York CI. When staff were able to take the dogs out to socialize I took one of the dogs to a show at Indian Ranch. It was Cece back in 2004 for a benefit concert featuring Joe Diffie. That is awesome that NEADS is in partnership with Indian Ranch.
Would love to help out if you need it when NEADS is at the ranch.

Oh yeah, Phil Vassar met a service dog in training at Wolf Den at Mohegan Sun. I believe it was Dottie in 2001. Or was it Keith Urban that met Dottie and Phil met another dog.
